The easiest way for us to raise money for Joe – and the most effective from the donor’s point of view – is a straight donation.

• It’s easiest for us because we use the least number of volunteer hours and spend the least amount of money (for instance compared to selling T-shirts)
• It’s most effective from the donor’s point of view because, of all the ways we fundraise, the donation is the one where the largest percentage of the donor’s spending goes straight to Joe

Now hear this! A wonderful and generous donor gave us two (2) great Packers tickets for the August 22 preseason game against the boastful but skilled Oakland Raiders at 7pm at Lambeau Field. It’s the best preseason game on the schedule, highlighted on national TV!

The Raiders lost the last time they came to Lambeau, but they are now telling whoever is willing to listen that they are planning to repeat their 1987 game when they won 20-0 – I’d like to see that! So come and cheer the Pack as they crush the Raiders on August 22nd. But, for that, you will need to make an offer quickly to buy these tickets – hurry and purchase them from us!

These two tickets are for the August 22 Packers game against the Oakland Raiders, at Lambeau Field, 7pm, section 135 row 5 seats 10 and 11: these are lower level end zone seats! Face value is $77 per seat.

The Milwaukee Wave players and Ian Bennett are coming to September 13’s Family Night at the Park!

Ian and his fellow players from the Milwaukee Wave professional soccer club will give an exhibition of professional soccer, interact with our youngsters, and play a small-side game against our local high schoolers.

We just had to take out all of our in-person donation information:( But our online giving site is unchanged.

This morning Guarantee Bank informed us that they had forgotten they weren’t offering donation bank accounts any more, and that they were immediately locking our bank account.

So, for the next couple of days, the only ways to give to Joe’s fund are online and by mail. We are opening an account at US Bank Friday, and will reestablish the ability to do walk-in donations asap. We apologize for the hiccup.

Some sections of the web site are still incomplete. In particular, the Events section is awaiting final dates and programs.

And – we need some new pictures!
